Hello,
I was doing some stuff on my PC when suddenly a black screen appeared with a message: Non-Optimal Mode, Recommended Mode 1920*1080 60Hz. I restarted the PC and got the same thing. I then started safe mode and there it works fine.
But I can't solve the problem.

Could someone please help me? I will provide all necessary information upon your request.
Thank you.

I can't because I don't have access to my desk. When I turn on the PC or restart it, I just get a black screen with the message "Mode not Optimal, Recommended mode 1920*1080 60Hz" and nothing else. No mouse, no desktop, nothing. I've tried safe mode; it works, and I changed the resolution, but I can't get better than 1600*1200. And when I choose this resolution and restart the PC in normal mode, I get the same issue again. I'm really stuck here.

Hello,

Have you tried right-clicking on the desktop and selecting screen resolution? By choosing the recommended resolution, which is 1920x1080.

Best regards
