bonjour jai effectue une serie dintervention sur mon ordi suite a un message sur ce forum... voila le dernier registre... jaimerai savoir koi faire maintenant... merci
je precises quon ma demande de supprimer le fichier suivant, ce aue jai fait

    Salut

    Supprime ceci :

    D:\Incomplete\_\q7q7q7q7q7q7q7q7xx.zip

    **Si un fichier/dossier persiste lors de la suppression fait ceci:
    - Redémarre ton PC. Dès l'allumage de celui-ci tapote la touche F8 (ou F5 si F8 ne fonctionne pas), à l'écran qui va apparaître choisis "mode sans echec" attends un peu..
    Puis va supprimer les fichiers/dossiers, vide ta corbeille et redémarre ton PC normalement.

      comme je le mettais dans mon message, j'ai deja supprime le fichier D:\Incomplete\_\q7q7q7q7q7q7q7q7xx.zip

      est ce que c'est termine? jai en ce moment un probleme de memoir virtuelle: G environ 2go de libre sur ma partition C: et 8go sur mon disque D:. Jai recuperé Tune up pour nettoyer un peu mon ordi.

    Télécharge ComboScan sur ton Bureau.
    ---> http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/Deckard/comboscan.exe

    Ferme toutes les applications en cours ; antivirus, pare-feu, etc ..
    Double-clic sur comboscan.exe A la fenêtre qui s'affiche, clic sur OK.
    Soit patient ..
    Le rapport Comboscan.txt s'affichera, copie et colle le contenu de ce fichier ici.

    Tu vas dans C:, windows, system32 tu cherches le processus ci-dessous et tu clic sur "ouvrir"

      Au niveau de mes problemes ca va pas mal... J'utilise Avast comme antivirus et Zone Alarm comme
      Sinon j'ai aussi telechargé recemment 2 utilitaires de nettoyage et optimisation suite a un probleme de memoire vive... c ZN soft XP et Tune up2007... voila! merci

    Je te conseille d'ajouter des anti-spywares au moins deux, je t'en mets une liste sont tous gratuits, libre à toi de choisir.

      oki j'ai choisi... mais ça fait rien d'en avoir 2 ils ne se genent pas entres eux? je sais par exemple qu'il vau mieux eviter d'avoir 2 antivirus installé sur son ordi car on gagne pas en efficacité plutot le contraire meme... sinon c'est tout ce que j'ai a faire? merci

    Non tu peux en en avoir plusieurs, sachant que ceux proposé ci-dessus ne tourne pas tous en arrière plan pas de souci de conflit entre eux ni avec l'antivirus ;-)

    A toi de nous dire ou en est ton problème ;-)

      merci bcp pour toutes ces manip meme si g pas forcement tout compris a ce que j'ai enlevé et qui etai nuisible et pkoi... Mon ordi va pas mal, j'ai une antispy avec ZA et j'ai telechargé Spybot... autre chose??? merci encore une fois!

    Bonjour, je ne suis pas très calé en informatique, mais je sais reconnaitre un problème quand j'en ai un!(déjà pour écrire ce message j'ai du appuyer 2 fois sur chaque touche)

    J'aimerai savoir si il y aurait pas une façon simplifié de suprimé un fichier non suprimable...? Cela fait 14H que mon ordi présente des problèmes, ce qui correspond exactement à la date d'apparition du fichier vbzip10.dll que je ne peux pas suprimé... HELP !!

    (j'ai passé 5 min à écrire ce messages...)
