Connecting Gigaset A420 to Livebox

Hello everyone,

I have internet phone service via the Orange livebox. I've just changed my phone.
I connected the phone to the ADSL filter (as indicated in the manual) but not to the livebox since the phone only has one connection (actually two, one for power). I have no dial tone. I don't know if it is properly connected to the livebox.
Can you help me?

    Hi

    There aren't 50 possible connections

    You shouldn't connect the phone to the filter but to the socket on the Livebox that's meant for it

    Either your phone has a T jack and you use the adapter provided with the box

    Or it's RJ11 and you connect it directly to the box
