Facebook: "More" dropdown menu not showing anymore?

Hello everyone,

I noticed that for the past two days, the dropdown menu (with the categories Places, Music, Movies, etc...) that appears when you click on the "More" tab on your Facebook profile is no longer working... Instead of the different categories, a blank white box appears...

I checked my friends' profiles, and everything works perfectly for them: the categories in the dropdown menu are displaying normally...

I sent a message to Facebook, but haven’t heard back...

Has anyone encountered this problem before, and if so, do you have a solution???

    Good evening and thank you for your reply and for your request for clarification... Whether on Google Chrome or IE9, the dropdown menu "More" does not expand anymore...

    It is all the more strange because it works perfectly on my friends' Facebook profiles: their "More" menu displays normally, with all the sections (Places, Music, Movies, etc...).

    Clear the cache and cookies of Google Chrome:

    By URL:

    chrome://settings/clearBrowserData

    or manually:

    The three small horizontal bars (at the top right)
    Settings
    History
    Clear browsing data...
    Select the time range, content
    confirm

    Check the boxes "cache" and "cookies"

    Restart Google Chrome.

    Clear the cache and delete cookies

    Go to:

    Tools
    Internet Options
    "General" tab
    "Browsing history" category
    Click on "Delete"
    Check "the desired boxes"
    Click on "Delete"
