Hello,

My mother is having a small issue with her Facebook account on the website, not on the app. She no longer has access to her news feed. Instead, it says "An error occurred blablabla" for a week now. I cleared the FB internet cache and logged her out and back in, but nothing works ???? I'm a bit stuck. Do you have any advice, please? ????

    I cleared the FB internet cache On one PC, there is no FB cache. What version of Windows is it?
    And what is the browser and its version?
