Bonjour,
S'il reste des problèmes pour ré-installer Avira (par exemple) sur une ancienne version voici ce qu'il faut absolument faire :

This might be caused by a superfluous registry key.
You should therefore check if the following registry key is still present on your system:
.
32 bit operating system
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Software\X-AVCSD
.
64 bit operating system
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\X-AVCSD
.
If the registry key is present, you should remove it, so that the product migration can be accomplished. "

En d'autres termes aller dans la base de registre et supprimer la clé X-AVCSD en fonction du système (32 ou 64 bits)
