HELLO I see there is an Alcatel support? ,,
if you could tell me why the blue circle on my xl350 VERSATIS keeps blinking when there is no message in the box WHEN QUERYING THROUGH 3103 ORANGE ,,?,
and it is honestly very annoying in the end ,?, thank you if you have a solution to stop this blinking ,,???thank you

Hello,
In general, you need to check all missed calls from the call log and delete them, and check the Voicemail of your operator.
Do you have a message reception icon displayed on the screen? If so,
please refer to §.5.1.2 of the manual:
- When the messages have been listened to and after hanging up, the icon disappears from the main screen. When this does not happen automatically:
“Go to the call log and press the '4' button for a long time.
