I have a Versatis XL350 that keeps flashing without any message?

Hello,

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 10.0
I bought an ALCATEL VERSATIS XL350 from DARTY and I had to exchange it 3 times; the first two were defective within the week of their use, very poor quality according to DARTY's customer service. But then why sell a product that is known to have little reliability and breaks down quickly? Customers are very unhappy.

The Versatis XL 350 (the third one) is the only mobile phone with big buttons sold at DARTY.

This one has a symptom that I can't get rid of; it flashes with a bluish circle at the top above the screen, as if to notify of a message, but when checking the mailbox via 3103 ORANGE, it says there are no messages, yet the phone continues to flash. ?,,??
GREUUUU at some point it's annoying,??
Does anyone know how to stop and eliminate this flashing?,,

    Hello,

    Generally speaking, you need to check all missed calls from the call log and delete them, and check your operator's Voicemail.
    Do you have a message reception icon displayed on the screen? If so, please refer to §.5.1.2. of the manual: www.alcatel-home.com (user manuals section)

    Once the messages have been listened to and after hanging up, the icon disappears from the main screen. If it does not disappear automatically:
    “Go to the call log and press and hold the “4” key.
