Hello everyone,
I'm installing Office SBE2003 on my laptop, everything is going well BUT every time I launch one of the installed software (Word, Excel, and PP)
it opens fine but in the next second the "End User License Agreement" window also opens, which I have to accept each time before working...
Each of the software declares itself activated when I go to "?"
PC runs on Vista
How can I prevent this window from opening?
Thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

with Vista

1. go to control panel
2. go to turn User Account Control on or off
3. uncheck the box

turn off the PC

you can then check the box again

there you go, it's simple

Thank you very much.
I don’t think I have the ability to intervene on the registry, (I’m scared!) I’m going to call on "younger" skills, but given the origin of the explanations, I have no doubt it’s the solution: thanks again!

Indeed, the maneuver is as simple as it is effective... I seem to be definitively rid of the unwanted opening of the EULA.. A THOUSAND THANKS.

Hello,

I have the same problem with Windows 7....

The solutions you propose don't work or the paths and "environment" are different from Vista or WP....

Thank you in advance for your help

Hi Zou.

I had the same problem.

Go to Computer: Programs: Microsoft Office: Office 11: and select WINWORD (the application). Right-click and select Run as administrator. Word should open, accept the license (for the last time!), and exit. For me, it also unlocked the other programs...

I don't understand the administrator aspect of Windows 7... I'm the user and the administrator. Give me patience.... ;)

Hi pressecitron

thank you for this advice. It works!

While waiting for another bug (which I hope will be as late as possible), I will continue to browse this forum which is full of good advice.

Great! It works.
Crazy this Win 7... it's really good, but there are a bunch of things to disable.
I came from XP Pro, skipping all the Vistas, and I must say it's the first Windows that I can tolerate ;-)

Thanks anyway.

Hello, I have exactly the same problem, my Office 2003 is activated!! But this contract window opens every time!!!
I have been to the link mentioned above, but my English is more than ridiculous and once I get to the right key I don't understand what to do anymore!!
Does this page exist in French?
Thank you in advance for your responses
P.S.: I am also on Vista
