My television displays: System Software Update In Progress?

Hello, the PHILIPS television shows this when turned on and it also displays a small bar from 0% to 100% that doesn't move at all. I unplugged it and plugged it back in, but nothing works.

If someone could help me fairly quickly, I would be very happy.

    Go to the Philips website and download the latest update for your device.
    Then perform the update.
