Pour établir une connexion bureau à distance entre 2 PC  Bureau j'ai procédé comme suit :
1-	Le PC Cible est connecté au réseau internet via un routeur 3G Dlink DIR-412 avec un modem 3G à carte SIM. L'adresse IP du PC Cible est fixée à l'aide des options fournies par Dlink.
2-	Le PC Source est connecté à internet via un autre modem 3G à carte SIM.
Mon problème se pose au niveau du PC Source : la connexion s'établit avec des cartes SIM mais avec d'autres cartes SIM je n'arrive pas à me connecter (même s'il s'agit du même opérateur téléphonique)

2-	 The Source PC is connected to internet via another modem 3G in SIM card.
My problem settles(arises) at the level of the PC Source: the connection becomes established with SIM cards but with other SIM cards I do not manage to connect (even if it is about the same telephone operator)

The main issue is the USB Modem itself.
As it is a usb modem, those drivers have to be installed in the firmware of the 3G router.

So even if you have the same ISP and the 3G modem do not work with 3G router, that mean the modem is not handled by the router.

So you need to be sure that the modem is handled before using it in the router.

regarding RDP access, you need to be sure that port 3389 is open from you isp.

I think that you did not well understand the problem.
The router 3G and the modem 3G does not put a problem.
The problem settles at the level of the SIM card installed in the modem 3G.
The connection becomes established with a number of SIM cards but with other cards not.
