Hello, I just want to know how long it takes for the Free SIM card to arrive. I didn't get a phone with the plan.

    The delivery time for the Free SIM card is 4 days after subscription, subject to the validation of the portability request.

      me, in the end I gave up on it (after 3 months of waiting) and I canceled my account with them. Plus, they’re not refunding me the €10 that I paid.
      I’m now with Prixtel. Much better!

      Three weeks.... next time I'll switch operators, it will probably be faster to go to an SFR or Orange store in the countryside!!!
