What are pgbleach files

Hello,

My hard drive is full. On 600 GB, I have 276 GB in files pgbleach.1, pgbleach.2, etc up to pgbleach.556.
Where do these files come from?
Can I delete them?

My computer runs Windows 7, and I have Norton Antivirus as well as Norton Utilities15 installed.

    Hello Robert,

    it would seem that these files are linked (created by) Norton products,
    I have noticed many people asking this question and apparently they can be deleted without any problems

    (they would, in all cases I’ve heard, be in the root of the drive)

    Thank you for your response, I deleted all those files and I’m left with a half-empty hard drive, great!

    Moreover it seems they were useless, everything works normally.
