Hello everyone,

I have a small problem.

I would like to remove a link in Excel to a workbook that has already been deleted.

Unfortunately, I can't do it because under Data / Edit Links, the "Break Link" button is grayed out.

Does anyone happen to know another method?

Thanks in advance.

Nic

Hello

Check if the sheet is not protected
Right-click on the sheet tab and remove protection, hoping there is no password

Hello Philou01120,

Thank you very much for your comment. It was indeed that... how did I not think of it?

Have a great day.

I hadn't thought of that either... especially since I have several sheets, all locked... but the one displayed when opening my file is not concerned by the link in question. Removing the protection from any sheet allows access to Break Link? Not very intuitive, I find.

Thank you anyway...
