Problems launching Medal of Honor Warfighter

Hello, I'm having trouble launching Medal of Honor Warfighter. It takes 2 hours to start, and it's like I'm getting 10 fps when I play in-game, making it impossible to play.
What should I do, please?
I bought the game 5 months ago, and it worked perfectly on Windows 7,
but now it's not functioning well on Windows 8 64-bit.
I'm very eager to play this game again. Thank you in advance.
