Dazzle DVC100: "No input signal detected"

Hello,
Please help me! I've been trying for weeks to figure out how to record the image from my TV using Pinnacle Studio 11.
My capture device is connected to my television via the multi-scart, which is also connected to my Playstation 2.
I feel like everything is working correctly, but when I choose to "capture video," I get an error message saying: NO INPUT SIGNAL DETECTED. PLEASE CHECK THE CABLES.
I'm begging you, help me, I'm going to go crazy!

Check your cables, verify if you can capture your webcam, which proves that the software works, for example, and finally, if you have the CD, put it in for "repair"

Please remember to mark your message as "resolved" if that's the case.

My webcam is working, I'm going to try to "fix" the software...

By the way, since I'm using a multi-scart, the image on the screen is "flickering" a bit; it's not very clear. Maybe there's a connection?

    Multi-SCART boxes are crap.........
The DVC is connected to one of the SCARTs of the box (as well as the PS2) and the cord from the box to the TV????

      Yes, here it is.

      Well then, that's NORMAL !!!!!
All the SCART sockets on the box are treated as inputs and not as outputs (a signal needs to be sent to the DVC)
So at best, you should see the signal from the PS2 since these crappy boxes parallel all the SCARTs, but not the output from the TV.

So what can I do to record with my Dazzle?
I don't care if I don't have the image on my TV, as long as I can see it on my computer screen, that doesn't bother me. How do I do that?

      It's really ALL SIMPLE !!!
You connect the Dazzle directly to the TV's SCART socket (since you want to record the TV............)

I did it, but it's still not working! I don't have the game screen preview, it stays black!

If you had explained WELL that it was to record the GAME and not the TV image (by default for me it's a program received by the antenna), I would have told you to connect the console directly to the Dazzle................
The display is then done on the PC and not the TV
But beware of the capture configuration, according to the information seen here (I don't have any gaming console!!!!) you need to choose the standard well (PAL or NTSC in 60 Hz I think)

I tried, it doesn't work... how can I know whether to choose PAL or NTSC?
Moreover, what's strange is that my webcam displays the visualization, but not my Dazzle /!\
