Unable to connect to wifi with mpman tablet

Hello,

I am unable to connect with my MPman tablet via Wi-Fi, it indicates a bad Wi-Fi connection. I am with Numéricâble (the box) and it also shows "recovering IP address" every time.
Why?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 10.0

    Is there no MAC address filtering set up on it?
    Or is the DHCP server disabled?
