Subsonic pro controller issues

Hello,
Here's my problem, I recently bought a Subsonic fluorescent pro controller and I charged it as indicated in the manual with the USB cable, the LEDs are flashing, so there's no issue, it works.
The problem is that when I unplug it from the USB cable and press the Home button on the controller, it doesn't turn on, yet the detection key is flashing. I can only use the controller with the cable.

Can someone help me? please

    Hello,

    Try to reset by pressing the button located at the back of the controller with a small pin, otherwise bring your controller to the service center ;-)

      Already tried, it doesn't work. Do you think it's the controller that has a problem?

      Did you turn on the console while being connected with the cable?
