I can't track my package ordered from Amazon.

Hello, I ordered a green laser on Amazon, but tracking is not available.
It seems to be shipped by Hongkong Post and here is my tracking number: RX131517124SG
But when I go to the Hongkong Post website, the tracking does not work, could someone help me?

I ordered it on June 17, Amazon tells me that the shipping is via Hongkong Post :/ And, on their site, the order status is "shipped".

On the Amazon site in "My Orders," don't you have the status of your order?

Clearly, the tracking number does not exist with them. Did you order it a long time ago?

Bizarre, the number should end, I think, with HK=HongKong, not with SG=Singapore.

It depends on the package, but it can take time. Do you have an approximate delivery date given by Amazon? If so, and it has passed, contact them again saying that you cannot track the package and that it is still not there.
If not, you can still contact them saying that it is not possible to track the package on Hongkong Post. You can even include my thought above (I went on the Singapore Post website, the packages do end up with SG, but there's no trace of your number).

I have the same problem with LPOST; the scheduled delivery has still not arrived and it's impossible to track the delivery: is Amazon shifting the responsibility for parcel delivery onto the carriers who do not arrive, leaving you to deal with it?
