Colissimo "dropped off at the post office" that doesn't leave

Hello,

I'm waiting for a package from an individual that was posted yesterday morning around 10 AM.

The tracking number on the Colissimo website says "your package has been dropped off at the post office" since yesterday noon, and that's it! To me, it should have been sent out yesterday, or at the latest, today. They can't have lost a package before sending it!

Anyway, I'm surprised, I've never had any issues with Colissimo before, and the tracking seemed reliable... In any case, the package was always taken care of within 24 hours.

Of course, there's no way to reach customer service. It bothers me a bit, it's not urgent but it has value...

In your opinion, is it possible that it left without being scanned?

Hello,

I’ve experienced this 1 or 2 times with one of my packages; in fact, when I received my package (2-3 days later), the tracking was completely updated online with all the steps I hadn’t read, apparently a bug on their server...
Another time, it was considered as still at the post office but I still received it...

I also had the problem with Kiala ..... they didn't put the tracking online, but it still went through...
