How to reset Philips hi-fi system?

Bonjour, I would like to know how to reset my Philips MCM275 hi-fi system? It no longer reads the CDs inside... Thank you.

    You take a cotton swab and you soak it in demineralized water (definitely do not use bottled water or tap water, nor any other liquid product!!! Only demineralized water!! It's the water we put in steam irons ;)

    I've already tried, but it's still not working. I think it needs to be reset because this problem appeared right after I plugged my phone into the USB ... Thanks anyway :)
