Hello everyone,

I would like to set up an out-of-office message.
I read the post whose link is below.

However, I don't see how to create the specific template.
The message will be something like: I am unavailable... In case of emergency..."
I don't understand the type of file. If I save a message, what format will it be, and where will I find it in the directory...?
