Problème avec xp

bonjour, pense avoir des problème avec ma configuration:problème de bande passante,problème de firewall,et beaucoup de ralentissements.ma configuration:pentium 3ghz,512 mo ram windows xp service2 firewall sygate antivirus antivir guard
