Hello,
I’m posting my message here because I know the community is quite responsive to little issues...
But I didn’t want to pollute the PC forums...
I have a little problem with my PS3 internet connection...
Whether I connect via cable or Wi-Fi, I always have UPnP unavailable and therefore a NAT type of 3 (which is rather bad)
I can connect to the web browser, the PS3 info, the online store... etc
But it seems to block online gaming for me...
I have an Orange Livebox...
Could someone help me?
Thanks in advance

If you can't manage, despite the tutorial, to set your PS3 to NAT type 2 with UPnP unavailable. I may have the solution, I spent a lot of time finding it and it worked for me, so here's how I proceeded to achieve NAT type 2 without UPnP:
You need to enable your ports
-in TCP:
80;21;443;5223;5523;9293
-in UDP:
3478;3479;3658;9293
(don't forget to set the IP address of the PS3; 192.168.0.X X=put any number)
I hope this will work as I don't want to see people searching even more than I did.

It really sounds good as an answer, but I can't find where we change the TCP and the UDP. THANK YOU in advance.

Should it be done from the PS3 or from the computer? (I'm on Mac)
