A new firmware is available for Freebox v5 ADSL (and v4 unbundled): it is firmware 1.5.0.
As usual, we do not yet have information on the new features or bug fixes included in this update. As soon as we have them, we will keep you informed. Note that the version number suggests a major update.
To obtain the update, simply electrically restart your Freebox v5 ADSL or v4.
Update 1:07 PM: one of the new features brought by this update is support for UPnP (Universal Plug n'Play) by the Freebox in router mode. UPnP is a protocol for automatic port opening management, used by most commercial routers. To activate it, go to your Freebox management interface, in the router mode configuration.
Oh no, because I have a problem with BF3 and a moderator told me to do this:
