I just bought the DV-77 camcorder from Lidl and I'm having a little trouble activating the flash. If someone has encountered this issue as well, please help me solve it.

I bought a Silvercrest DV-77 at Lild and I am having a problem with MP3 playback. Since the Lild warranty has expired, does anyone have a Silvercrest customer service number to inquire about the warranty?

On this device, the use of the flash for taking portraits is way too powerful, which makes all the photos white or too bright. The sound in the videos is out of sync. And regarding our purchase, the screen image has turned green!
We are therefore trying to contact 0800 900 190, but nothing seems very easy.

the flash cannot be activated if you have set the lens to portrait mode - that's the little button on the side of the device next to the flower symbol because in that mode, the flash is not active (which makes sense, you don't flash two cm away from an object)

So I called the toll-free number (0800 900 190) and there was a lady who speaks very poor French who answered me after I pressed 3. Then she hung up.
Can someone help me find a solution quickly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
