Bonjour,

Il y a quelques temps bitdefender m'a virer un ou deux virus mais depuis j'ai la page de démarrage d'internet explorer qui démarre "vierge" c'est a dire que je rentre une nouvelle page de démarrage et la cession d'après il n'y a rien elle n'est pas retenue et cela depuis plusieurs fois je pense qu'il y a peut être un virus de planqué mais je vois pas

"Pour modifier votre page d'accueil

Assurez-vous que tous les onglets sont fermés, puis ouvrez Internet Explorer pour le Bureau.

Appuyez ou cliquez sur Outils, puis sur Options Internet.

Sous l'onglet Général, entrez l'adresse Web de votre nouvelle page d'accueil, puis appuyez ou cliquez sur Appliquer.

Vous devez redémarrer Internet Explorer et Internet Explorer pour le Bureau de façon à afficher votre nouvelle page d'accueil. Modifiez votre page d'accueil à tout moment ou définissez plusieurs pages d'accueil qui s'ouvriront dans des onglets distincts."

Il faut aller dans tes paramètres pour régler ta page de démarrage.
mais à ta place, la première chose que je ferais, cela serait de changer de navigateur, et aller fissa vers Firefox.

Il faut que tu ailles dans les paramètres et dans le premier cadran de la première page, il faut que tu mettes le lien de google.

oui je sais bien tout cela je l'ai fait je connaissais comment changer une page de démarrage mais la a chaque fois ca revient

Alors fait cette manip:

> Téléchargez ICI ZHPDiag.
> Double-cliquez sur ZHPDiag.exe puis suivez les étapes de l'installation.
> Cochez la case "Exécuter ZHPDiag" à la fin de l'installation puis cliquez sur [Terminer].
> L'installation est terminée, 3 icônes sont créées sur votre bureau.
> Double-cliquez sur le raccourci portant le nom "ZHPDiag" qui se trouve normalement sur votre bureau.
> Choisissez l'option "Lancer le diagnostic" (une loupe).
> ZHPDiag va alors analyser le contenu de votre ordinateur à la recherche d'informations sur votre système d'exploitation, la base de registre...
> A la fin de l'analyse, un rapport est créé directement sur votre bureau, il se nomme ZHPDiag.txt.
> Allez a cette adresse, et cliquez sur parcourir, sélectionnez le fichier généré precedemment, et cliquez sur"Envoyer le ficiher", puis recupérez l'adresse générée et postez la sur le forum.

Cela me permettra de diagnostiquer plus facilement le problème.

- Lance ZHPFix via le raccourci sur ton Bureau, (Si tu es sous Vista ou Windows 7 n'oublie pas clic droit ==> en tant qu'administrateur")

Je colle les lignes ci dessus a la place du rapport qu'il y a dans ZHP FIX ou à la suite et ensuite GO c'est ça ???

ok vu que je faisais coller les lignes avant d'ouvrir ZHP FIX il y avait deja qqc bon bref ca me donne ca ensuite

Tu as plusieurs antivirus, il faut que tu en désinstalle pour n'en garder qu'un.
Garde par exemple Bitdeffender, et désinstalle panda cloud, Spybot, et F-secure.
C'est important car ils sont tous conçus pour fonctionner seuls, et ayants tous les droits sur le PC, essaient en quelque sorte de se tuer mutuellement.

Il restait des traces du passage de plusieurs antivirus dans le rapport, donc je voulais bien confirmer leur absence, histoire de voir si ils n'y étaient pas toujours.

Pour info je prenais SPYBOT en complément de BITDEFENDER j'ai lu que tu le trouvais vieux et peu performant tui me conseille quoi antimalware ??? ou est ce que juste Bitdefender (version payante) ca suffit. mais je suis un peu parano je me méfie

spybot est un vieux coucou qui devient de plus en plus inutile, même si il sait faire encore de choses.BitDefender est bien seul, et encore une fois, pas deux antivirus à la fois ! JAMAIS !
Par contre, tu peux installer un pare feu, comme COMODO Firefall, qui vérifiera les actions des logiciels.
C'est toutefois un peu compliqué d'utilisation.

Superzut, mon dernier message est pas passé -_-'...
bon, je re rédige:
Il faut que tu mette à jour les logiciels suivants, pour des raisons de sécurité:
Adobe Flash Player , téléchargeable ICI (décoche bien la case "installer McAfee Security Scan Plus")
Adobe Reader , téléchargeable ICI (décoche bien la case "installer McAfee Security Scan Plus")
Java , téléchargeable ICI
et enfin, Open Office, téléchargeable ICI

n'oublie pas de faire régulièrement des mises à jour, car elles permettent de combler les failles de sécurité potentielles, et améliorent bien souvent le confort d'utilisation.

Fait attention à ce que tu télécharge, tout particulièrement les exécutables (.exe, .bat, .dll, .reg), qui sont bien souvent des logiciels, mais qui peuvent apporter toutes sortes de modifications à ton PC, donc à ne pas télécharger pour un oui ou pour non.

Il ne faut pas oublier que la meilleure protection entre les malwares et ton PC, c'est TOI.
