Transformation d'un fichier texte

Bonjour,

j'ai un fichier texte de cette forme:

human health, economy, etc. But human health is always given priority. Air
pollution is threat to the lives of people living in big cities of Pakistan. In
Lahore only there die 1,250 people annually because of air pollution.

je voudrais ajouter:
- des balise <doc><docno> avant chaque PMID
- une balise </docno> aprés chaque PMId
- une balise <Abstract> avan chaque AB
- une balise </Abstract> à la fin du texte
- et enfin je ferme avec </doc>

la question est: comment je vais programmé sa en java.
