the same problem for about a month no picture it comes back from time to time then cuts off after half an hour nothing works I've tried everything...

I have the same problem as you. I called 3900, who tested my line.
Conclusion: my phone line is slightly degraded... appointment with a technician in 3 days.

No billing. Orange is required to do what is necessary in this case
