utlisateurs vista-w7-w8 exécuter en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

choisis le mode suppression

le rapport s'affichera sur ton bureau et dans C:\adw[S1].txt

poste le rapport via 1 copier/coller

relance adwcleaner et choisis désinstaller

Google Chrome v [Impossible d'obtenir la version] n'est pas a jour

mettre chrome a jour

ensuite fais ceci

télécharge usbfix sur ton bureau (clique sur la flèche verte)

le lien http://general-changelog-team.fr/fr/downloads/viewdownload/15-outils-de-el-desaparecido/79-usbfix

si ton pc émet 1 alerte, ignore la

branche toutes tes sources de données externe a ton pc (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) sans les ouvrir

le tuto https://www.malekal.com/tutoriels-logiciels/

exécute le en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

choisis le mode "suppression"

le rapport s'affichera sur ton bureau et dans C:\UsbFix.txt

poste le rapport via 1 copier/coller

alors pour google chrome en fait je l'avais desinstaller pcq l'utilisateur de cet ordi ne s'en servait pas et l'avait telecharge par inadvertance (genre tu as une maj adobe et on te pose une toolbar si tu fais pas gaffe :S)
donc moi sur l'ordi je ne trouve pas de lien de ce logiciel meme en recherche.

alors pour google chrome en fait je l'avais desinstaller pcq l'utilisateur de cet ordi ne s'en servait pas et l'avait telecharge par inadvertance (genre tu as une maj adobe et on te pose une toolbar si tu fais pas gaffe :S)

d'où la preuve qu'i ne faut pas cliquer sans regarder^^

regarde dans programmes et fonctionnalités du panneau de configuration si tu ne

vois rien de chrome et aussi dans programmes files 86 et supprime supprime ce que tu trouves

ensuite désinstalle ceci Adobe Reader 9.5.4 - Français et télécharge la dernière

version ici https://get2.adobe.com/fr/reader/otherversions/

ps: n'oublie pas de décocher MCAFEE (un peu comme google si tu ne fais pas gaffe)

je n'arrive pas a telecharger adobe, ca echoue a chaque fois!
ca me dit "liste d'actions introuvable"
pourtant je fais les memes manips habituelles!!!

désinstalle quand même la vieille version et tu téléchargeras la dernière version plus tard

fais ceci maintenant

télécharge MBAM sur ton bureau

le lien https://www.malwarebytes.com/ (prend le free)

le tuto https://www.donnemoilinfo.com/tuto/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/

exécute le en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)
met le a jour (3ème bouton)

fais 1 scan complet (tous les disques)

le scan peut durer +-2H (laisse le bosser)

si MBAM trouve quelque chose supprime la sélection (voir tuto 2ème page)

poste le rapport via 1 copier/coller

le rapport s'affichera sur ton bureau et dans rapport/log de MBAM

Alors adobe ancienne version est bien enleve. pour le moment pas la nouvelle.

moi j'ai encore plus facile tu vas sur youtube et tu met comment faire pour que mon pc ne rame moins et le tour est jouer c'est quand même plus facile en vidéos;)
