I am starting to get impatient with their lack of professionalism. I placed an order on May 5th, which means 8 days ago, my order reached the "prepared" stage only on May 10th, and since May 10th, so for the past 3 days, my order has been "in preparation" at Relais Colis.
Is this normal for them? Can someone clarify the situation for me? Because on my end, I don't have any more information than that. I don't see why the preparation would take at least 3 days unless they are just slacking off.

    Add the bridges.
    And it wasn't the right time to order when you want something quickly.........
