Hello,
I have been trying to recover my old YouTube account for a while now, without success! The problem is that I no longer have the email address associated with it because I unfortunately exceeded the inactivity limit (one year), and therefore, I cannot retrieve my code from that deleted address :s
What I am looking for: A link to a form to prove to YouTube (by sending a photocopy of my ID) that I am indeed the owner of the account I wish to recover.

because it's asking me to send them:
-either my YouTube account (to send me the code to the email address)
but I no longer have it..
-or the email address (that I no longer have)
It's quite a complex problem :s
