Retrieve my saved directory on Google

Hello,

I am a bit surprised because before formatting my phone I made a backup, and now when I log into Gmail I see my registered email contacts without my phone contacts. Are they hidden? How can I retrieve my phone directory from Google?

Good evening

You can only recover the numbers if, when you add a number to your phone, you select "Google account"; if you have selected "SIM card" or "Phone memory," retrieving the numbers from your Google account is simply impossible.

Thank you for your response. Before formatting, I copied the system folders to the internal memory. My question is how to retrieve the directory from the files I have. Thank you.
