Probleme pour la desinstalation de l'ancienne version de ma box

Bonjour, ( opérateur : orange )
je n arrive pas enlever l'ancienne version de ma livebox (en forme de livre )
car quand je fais >demarer>panneau de config> désinstaller programme >orange(logiciel )
et apres page blanche puis un onglet erreur du script
aider moi
merci d'avance
