Systeme doctor... pouvez vs m'aider?

Bonjour à tous, voila quelque tps que je traine dans cette rubrique a la recherche de la solution a mon problème...a savoir fenetres intempestive systeme doctor,win antivirus, spy secure et autres...je ne me sen pas tres inspirer en voyant la lourdeur de la procedure et j' ai peur de faire plus debien que de mal...si j' ai bien compri, le probleme et un peu diférent pour chacun... c pourquoi je sollicite votre aide pour m' aider a desinfecter mon ordinateur qui marchait si bien avt tt ceci.

J' ai aussi cru comprendre que coller ici les resultat du scan hijackthis était commun a tte les procedure, ce ke je fais donc...
