Installation issue toca race driver 2

Hey guys!
So here it is. I've tried to install the fabulous Toca 2, and every time it's the same problem, the game asks me to restart to finish the driver installation (!) and crack!! Windows crashes and refuses to restart normally. I have to go back to "last known good configuration," which means the installation never completes.

Windows XP Media Center
AMD Athlon 64 Core Duo 4200+
1 GB DDR2
MSI NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT 256 MB
