Hello, I can't install Lock Folder XP. I used the demo version... it worked perfectly. I purchased the software. I received the installation message and now I'm facing a problem. When I click on the installation file that I saved on my hard drive, a window asks me for the uninstallation code, which I don't have. I enter the installation code that was provided to me. The OK button is inactive.
I tried to uninstall the demo version, and a window offers to uninstall or repair, but neither works. I've contacted customer service, and they sent me a new message --> same issue.
Help me, Bernard.

I don't know the software at all, but surely if you go into the software options, you'll see a place to unlock a folder or at least something that will lead you in the right direction.

I went to where FOLDER LOCK is installed and deleted all the files that were inside, then I deleted the folder that contained them. You can just do that, i.e., delete the folder outright, then restart your computer and there you have it, all your folders are there by magic.
