Hello everyone!

My brother just got a new plan with Virgin Mobile. My problem is that I can't send him messages or call him, yet he can send me messages. It says your message couldn't be sent, please recharge or try again later. However, I'm talking to all my other friends. I'm with SFR. Do you know what the problem might be? See you soon!

    I sent a text message when I didn’t have any credit. Can my text be resent if I recharge my credit?

    If the portability is recent, give it some time (24 to 48 hours). If it has been more than 48 hours since the portability was done, contact your telephone operator and ask your brother to contact his telephone operator.

    His number was ported two weeks ago and he says that everyone who is with SFR cannot send him messages! I called his operator (Virgin) but they can't do anything... Thank you for your response.

    Uh, I think I've seen a Virgin advisor on the forum from time to time.

    Maybe this one could help you....

    However, I think it doesn't come from the phone but rather from the operator; if the service provided is not satisfactory, you need to change!

    Thank you. It’s not the phone because it does the same thing on another one. Virgin tells me that the problem is with SFR.

    You are a Virgin customer and not an SFR customer; I believe it is up to them to resolve this issue, not you.. anyway, you cannot call SFR and tell them that you are not reachable on their network...

    Yes, that's right, they told me there's nothing they can do for you (Virgin), but apart from them, I can't do anything.
