Ricoh Aficio MP C2051 printing issue

Hello,

I want to print a document double-sided in good quality. The image on it is quite black.
I printed it on regular paper (80g/m²) and it works, but with 160g/m², there are black marks everywhere on the sheet... And the black image is full of white spots...

I tried last week on the same paper, and there were no issues, and now it doesn't work anymore after the weekend break...

Who can help me? Thank you in advance!

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 19.0

    Hello,

    I didn't exactly understand your problem, but I've had this issue of black streaks on prints before.

    A Ricoh technician came to clean the printer, and everything got back to normal.
