Hello,

I have a little problem with my Outlook box. I created folders and now I want to delete them. I can delete messages inside without any issue, but I can't delete my folders.
As soon as I try to delete the folder, a message appears saying: "Unable to delete this folder. Right-click on the folder and then click on Properties to check your permissions for the folder. Contact the folder owner or the administrator to modify your permissions. The folder is full."

And in Properties, I can't find the information, and whenever I try to modify or rename my folder, a message appears saying your folder is full... (Even though it is empty)!

I hope you can help me, that would be really nice and you would be a great help to me.

Thank you in advance.

Claire

Hello, try running the software as an administrator (right-click and Run as administrator) and see if you can delete the folders.

Do the operation I told you to do on the Outlook application itself. On the icon you use to open Outlook :)

I just did it, but it tells me that my password is incorrect,
we work on a network with several computers but we have the same address... is there a connection?
