Samsung CLX3175-FN issue "local develop detector error"

I just had the same issue. There's a video on YouTube, but it lacks details:
1) To open the right side panel, indeed, remove the single screw at the back, then tilt the printer onto its left side: underneath, there are two small round plastic pins that hold the panel; gently lift the edge of the panel with a screwdriver to loosen the pins and slide the panel off (you may need to apply a bit of force).
2) Using your fingernail (a strong nail), apply consistent pressure around the entire perimeter of the panel; it will gradually come loose. Avoid sliding a screwdriver as the components are very close to the panel. The only tough spot is the upper flap next to the scan hinge.
3) Once the panel is removed, you can see the main motor in the center. From this motor at 11 o'clock, there's a small 24V motor topped with a large white gear. It’s the culprit: it controls a set of black plastic cams underneath; there’s too much play, causing a paper tracking error (local develop.).
4) In the YouTube video, they suggest a large blob of cartridge glue. For me, there’s a risk of getting glue smeared on the cams. I preferred to slide a half disc of adhesive felt, about 3 to 4 mm thick (like a moon quarter), 15 mm in diameter, with the rounded side facing outward, between the motor and the bottom wall of its housing.
This blocks the motor without forcing it and remains flexible enough to accommodate housing deformations (oven heating during large prints).
Result: a continuous print of 130 sheets without any problems.

ERROR LOCAL DEVELOPMENT DETECTOR. A problem has occurred with the heating unit. Turn off the device, then turn it back on. If the problem persists, contact maintenance service.

Side panel?? I only see a front or rear panel or cover that is accessible..

Did the error appear after replacing the oven?

 It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room. Especially when it's not there...!

I did all of that: unplugged it for several days: nothing changed.
I contacted Samsung's customer service, and since the warranty and the extension have expired, they say that the printer needs to be replaced! Well, of course.
I saw on a forum that you need to intervene on an electromagnet by opening the side panel, yes, the side one. And I wanted to know how to open that panel first....

Even at the beginning of 2017 (and even 2 years after Jolavillette), this post is still relevant...!

Thank you for the description at the top and the video because once I removed the lid of my CLX-3175FN (okay, I struggled a bit), I put a small piece of cardboard under that white part and voilà! It's working again!

Wow! Such a tiny thing that prevents a whole printer from working....
Anyway, I think I saved a few euros!
