Hola,

cuando intento volver a instalar mi impresora, me aparece un mensaje de error diciendo que la instalación ha fallado. Sin embargo, ya desinstalé todo, usé CCleaner y reinicié, descargué los controladores desde el sitio de HP...

¿Tienes alguna idea? Gracias.

Tengo dos íconos "HP Deskjet 1050 J410 series (copia 1)" con signos de exclamación.

Hola ;

Creo que tu impresora está mal desinstalada y que quedan rastros de tu instalación anterior
Inténtalo como se escribe a continuación
1-Descargar Revo Uninstaller >> AQUÍ
2-lanzar Revo Uninstaller y buscar todos los programas relacionados con hp 1050 y desinstalarlos
3-Abrir los archivos ocultos de Windows 7 y hacer una búsqueda de las carpetas relacionadas con hp 1050 y luego eliminarlas
4-Abrir el registro escribiendo regedit en la barra de búsqueda de Windows (abajo a la izquierda)
5-Abrir las 2 claves Hkey_Current_User y Hkey_Local_Machine y luego desarrollar estas 2 claves para buscar las claves relacionadas con hp 1050 y eliminar estas claves y únicamente estas
5-Descargar Windows cleanup utility >> AQUÍ
6-Lanzar esta herramienta y en la ventana que se abre, hacer una búsqueda de los archivos relacionados con hp 1050 y eliminar estos mediante Remove y únicamente esas líneas
En esta lista también debe haber archivos con nombres que comiencen, por ejemplo,
" AIO_CDB_product context C 82.0.242.000
" AIO_CDB_software 82.0242.000
" AIO_scan C 82.0242.000
Que también son rastros antiguos de archivos HP que también hay que eliminar
6-Reiniciar la máquina y en principio ya no debería haber rastros de esta impresora (Si en el panel Dispositivos e impresoras aún aparecen los íconos hp 1050 >> Hacer desinstalación haciendo clic derecho
7-Ir al sitio de HP >> AQUÍ >> Sección Pilotos y descargas >> Buscar y validar Windows 7 (32 o 64 bits) >> Descargar la versión completa de los programas y controladores
Se recomienda desconectar el cable USB antes de la instalación y volver a conectarlo solo cuando la nueva instalación lo solicite

Gracias de antemano por tu respuesta.

He seguido el procedimiento. He logrado instalar "Revo Uninstaller" pero no encontré archivos HP. Luego, en el registro, encontré un único archivo HP que eliminé. Logré instalar Windows Cleanup Utility, pero no logro encontrarlo en mi ordenador. Mi ordenador pudo instalarlo como administrador (estoy en la sesión de administrador). Después, intenté reinstalar la impresora; la instalación volvió a fallar y tengo dos iconos HP en "Dispositivos e impresoras" cada uno con un punto de exclamación. Tengo la impresión de que incluso sin que la impresora esté conectada, Windows vuelve a reinstalar en cada inicio el icono de la impresora. Ayer, en un momento concreto, logré volver a imprimir: el icono estaba verde, pero luego apareció un nuevo icono y ya no pude imprimir. Gracias por vuestra ayuda y que tengáis un buen día. También aparece el icono de mi antigua impresora Canon, que reaparece a pesar de haberla eliminado de la base de datos del registro.

  Cuando reinicio la computadora con solo el cable de alimentación conectado, aparece un icono, pero en cuanto conecto el USB me aparece un aviso de reclamación. Logré imprimir, pero creo que el problema volverá a ocurrir.
