Convert an .iso to .elf

Hello everyone, my problem is that I have an ISO file and I would like to convert it to ELF format. Some forums have said that it's impossible on Windows 7 (I myself have Windows 7), but I think it's possible.

Uh no, actually I changed a folder of a PS3 game to ISO but I can't convert it to .elf.

Okay, I don't have a PS3, I can't help you.

After some research online, it doesn't seem possible.

Are you talking about a PS3 game ISO?

When I said I don't have a PS3, I meant that I'm not knowledgeable about the PS3.
