Hello,
I am stuck in the quest "The Liberation of Skyrim" in the "Sombrages." I have a major bug preventing me from completing the quest. After killing all the Imperials at Fort Haafingar, I return to Galmart, but I can't talk to him. When I approach him, he tells me that the soldiers are ready to attack and that I need to join them, but the objective to liberate Fort Haafingar isn't registering. I searched on Google and found that either I need to hit Galmart, which I've done and it doesn't work (no bounty + no reaction), or I need to revert to an older save. I would like to know if it is possible to fix this problem without going back to an older save, as my last save was done quite a while ago before the quest...
