Hello,
I want to migrate to Outlook because Hotmail is going to stop working, but I am being asked to enter the password provided by the internet provider.
Since I have been a Bell subscriber for about fifteen years, I have completely forgotten the password they gave me back then. Therefore, I am unable to install Outlook.
Please tell me what I should do.
Thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

I don't understand: theoretically, you should NOT need your ISP's password to correctly set up Outlook to retrieve your Hotmail emails - unless there are explicit limitations imposed by the ISP.
Your Hotmail address will not disappear with the discontinuation of the Hotmail platform.
To configure Outlook, you click on "Add Account", then you enter your Hotmail address, Outlook will automatically detect everything and configure itself correctly; you will just need to enter your Hotmail password.
