Excel 2007 startup issues

Hello,

I installed Office 2007 on my Windows 7 computer.
When starting Excel, a window opens saying "Office 2007 configuration progress is in progress..." for 1 to 2 minutes.
I had the same problem with Word, but it has been resolved.
How can I eliminate this inconvenience when opening Excel?
I also have an error window saying "stdole32.tb."
