Hello,
I can't get Wake On LAN to work on my PC. I have an MSI Z77A-G43 motherboard and a TP-Link TD-W8951ND modem router.
In BIOS:
- Resume By PCI -> Enabled
- EuP 2013 -> Disabled
In Windows, in the network adapter properties:
*Advanced tab
- Wake on Magic Packet -> Enabled
- Wake on pattern match -> Enabled
- WoL / Shutdown network speed -> 10 Mbps first
*Power Management tab
- Allow the computer to turn off this device -> Unchecked
- Allow this device to wake the computer -> Checked
- Only allow a magic packet to wake the computer -> Checked
On the Router side:
- DHCP disabled, so fixed IP in the LAN
- Port 9 open for TCP and UDP
- Dynamic DNS enabled with a no-ip.com account
I sent a Magic Packet from wakeuponwan.net with my PC on and the WakeOnLanMonitor software running (which allows me to see if the packet is being received) and I am receiving it correctly.
However, once the PC is off, it doesn't turn on. What have I forgotten?

I did it, I never imagined I would struggle so much.
Compared to my first post, I changed this:
On the Windows side, in the network adapter properties:
*Advanced tab
- Wake on Magic Packet -> Enabled
*Power Management tab
- Allow the computer to turn off this device -> Checked
On the Router side:
- IP 192.168.1.127
- Subnet mask 255.255.255.128
- Port 9 open in TCP and UDP on 192.168.1.127
And I updated my network card driver via https://www.driverscloud.com/fr .

But I'm not sure it applied the settings I changed in Windows.
