Hello,

Since yesterday, in the Windows 8 Mail app, it shows that I have an unread message, but no matter how much I search in the inbox or the folders, I can't find one.
Is there a solution to remove this unread message notification?

    Hello,

    Right-click on your inbox, then refresh. If that doesn't change anything, it is possible that it is a message you received a while ago, so scroll down in your emails to check and also look in your spam folder.

      Thank you for your reply, indeed the unread email was well hidden in the old emails, not necessarily easy to see on the Mail app...
