Recover my old key presses

Hello,
I'm reaching out to you regarding a problem. Actually, I did my TPE (a project that counts for the baccalauréat) on my computer, and I saved frequently. However, today I wrote about twenty pages without thinking to save (yes, I should have...) and, of course, the program closed by itself...
I wanted to know if it is possible to recover the keystrokes I made on my computer today, considering that I haven't logged out since and that I haven't touched anything except reopening my word processing software and asking for help online.
I had noticed several times a keylogging feature in Kaspersky, but without really paying attention to it, and now I can't find it anymore. Is it possible to recover everything through it? Or is there a function in Windows that I'm not aware of?
I'm sorry if the question seems stupid and perhaps easy to resolve, but I'm not very good with computers..

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 24.0.1312.57

    Hello

Did you use Word for your work? If so, which version? There is an autosave feature in case of a crash in that software. Have you tried reopening the software to check if it had done an autosave?

Hi, no I did everything in Notepad, I unfortunately can't afford to buy Word, and I was supposed to send everything to a friend who was going to put it in Word.
