How to reset Storex Ezee Tab 705 tablet

Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to reset this tablet because I forgot my pattern code and there is no "forgot pattern" option, and when I press the reset button, it just turns off the tablet. I have already tried pressing the +, - and power buttons at the same time, but it just reset the tablet and I have contacted the technical service "storex" but received no response, so if someone can help me, thank you in advance.

    - Turn off the device
    - Press and hold the Vol+ button and turn it on
    - Once the Storex logo appears, release the POWER button
    - Then perform a factory reset

      Thank you, I had forgotten my password!
      Actually, once the process is done, a screen offers a factory reset, select using the vol+ or vol- buttons and confirm with the power button...

    I bought a Storex Ezee Tab7 Color tablet for my son and he set a password (encrypted) but he can't remember it!!! Can someone please help me?

      but I think there is a way with Google if you had an account there

    Hello.
    Samma's answer is certainly very good but it does not apply to my Storex eZee TAB7D12-S tablet running Android 4.2.2 which only has the Power on/off button and the "Back" button equivalent to the "back" icon that is on the touchscreen when Android is working properly!!! Does anyone have any idea how to do a factory reset on such a tablet? I'm in a situation where my tablet stays on with just the Android logo flickering but nothing happens!!!

    Sorry, it should have read STOREX logo and not Android logo in my previous email.
